ZONING APPLICATION
APPLICATIONS FOR NORTHEAST GREEN TOWNSHIP ZONING PERMITS
Green Township issues Zoning Certificates for projects in the Township which are required by the Northeast Green Township Zoning Code. Submitted application must meet size and location requirements for approval. Some projects will require both a Green Township Zoning Certificate and a Hamilton County Building Department Certificate. The approved Green Township Zoning Certificate must be presented in order to obtain a Hamilton County Building Permit.
Completed applications can be brought to our office Monday thru Friday at 6303 Harrison Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45247 between the hours of 8:00 a.m – 4:00 p.m. Applications can also be mailed to the address above. Be sure to include a drawing of proposed project including setbacks, measurements and location. Fee must also be paid before certificate is issued. Checks can be made out to “Green Township”. We do accept cash for exact amount due. Credit card payment is not accepted.
