Green Township to Dispose of Surplus Equipment By Internet Auction

On January 25, 2010, the Green Township Board of Trustees passed a resolution authorizing the sale of surplus equipment by internet auction.  The Board intends hereafter to sell unneeded, obsolete, or unfit-for-use township personal property by internet auction.  The auctions will be conducted by contract with the Hamilton County On-Line Auction Division, and shall be held in accordance with that Division's policies.  All items listed on the internet auction shall be open for bidding  for fourteen days, including Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays.
