David W. Linnenberg
The Green Township Trustees swore in David W. Linnenberg as Trustee at their regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, June 9, 2008 at 5:30 p.m.


Trustees Purchase Tri-Star Motel
The Green Township Trustees passed a resolution at their Aug. 13, 2007 meeting to purchase the Tri-Star Motel. The motel was razed in late October to make room for future road improvemnts in the North Bend/I-74 interchange area.

Tracy Winkler, Chairman

Tracy Winkler is currently serving as Chairman of the Green Township Board of Trustees. After chairing the North Bend/Cheviot Road Revitalization Committee, Trustee Winkler was instrumental in implementing several recommendations laid out by the committee. She developed Green Township's Property Maintenance Code which is assisting residents with concerns over deteriorating homes and keeping property values high in Green Township and was influential in the purchase and razing of the Tri-Star Motel which served as a haven for criminal activity. Preservation of green space and creating a park system that all residents can enjoy has also been a priority for Mrs Winkler. 

Tracy Winkler has spent most of her time volunteering for the community and abroad. She is an active member and volunteer with the Vineyard Westside Church, where she serves as a Creative Team Member and works with the Student Ministries. Trustee Winkler has also participated in mission trips in and out of the country, including missions to the inner city of Cincinnati. She leads two separate weekly women's bible study. Winkler has coached youth sports in Monfort Heights and been a PTA board member. 

Tracy Winkler is married to Judge Ralph E. "Ted" Winkler and they have 3 daughters, Allison, 26, Andrea, 22, and Allayna, 15. They also are proud grandparents. Winkler resides in Monfort Heights and is a lifelong Hamilton County resident.
